On May 23, 2003, on instructions from C. Secretary of Health Dr. Julio Frenk Mora, settled the Internal Regulatory Improvement Committee of the Unit "COMERI" which represents a commitment by the President's Corporate Governance agenda in the areas of government deregulated and regulatory improvement.
The Internal Regulatory Improvement Committee with the participation of representatives of the major areas of the Ministry of Health and with the advice of the Internal Control in the unit and its Presidency is vested in the Head of the Directorate General of Legal Affairs .
Secretarial Agreement by establishing the Committee was published in the Official Journal of the Federation on September 25, 2003
The mission of the Internal Regulatory Improvement Committee (COMERI) is to establish general guidelines for simplifying and improving the regulatory provisions for planning, budgeting and human resource management, financial and material that regulate the operation and inner workings of the Ministry of Health. The concept of Internal Regulatory Improvement involves the analysis, modification, creation or elimination of internal administrative rules implementing the Health Ministry, in order to simplify tending to their regulation and transparency.
Promote the simplification, deregulation, regulatory improvement and transparency of planning legislation, programming, budgeting and human resource management, financial and material that regulate the operation and inner workings of the Ministry of Health.
